When the time is right or after you take the Red Herb, they will break from their cell and will chase down the player. Two infected zombie dogs can be found each in their cell. The manhole located up front can be open using the Manhole Opener that can be found inside the Holding Cell. Claire can find the Square Crank here in her B Scenario.
